Mark your calendars for the NA Baseball Boosters Golf Outing which has been scheduled for Monday, October 10, 2011. The event will be held at the Sewickley Heights Golf Club, with a 12:00 PM shotgun start. Foursomes and Hole sponsorships are available.

The Executive Board of the North Allegheny Baseball Boosters Association is currently accepting nominations for positions on next year's executive board. The term for the 2011-2012 executive board will begin on August 1, 2011 and will run to July 31, 2012.

A Concession schedule for NASH Home games is now available via the NA Booster Web site. A link has been added to the Admission/Gate Fees section on the home page. Selecting this link will display the home game date and who is assigned to work concessions that game.

Thanks to those people who have already signed up to man the concession stand for a home game at NASH.

ImPACT/Spring 2011 Tryout Schedule

In Summary:
1: If you have not participated in a school sport this school year, you need to have a completed physical and insurance waiver form ( CIPPE Initial Physical Form ).
This requires a physical with a physician and must turned in to the Athletic Office at the Senior High School by Wednesday, February 22.

2: If you have participated in, or tried out for, a school sport this school year without injury, you need to complete Section 5.
( Section 5 - Recertification form without Injury)

3: If you have participated in a school sport this school year and been injured, you need to complete Section 5 and have a physician sign off on Section 6.
( Section 5 and 6 - Recertification Form with Injury)

4: All players must have had a current Impact Concussion Test. If they have been involved in or tried out for a school sport this year, they should already have one. For those who do not, these are the guidelines from the Athletic Department website:

Students in grades 7, 9, and 11, must have had an ImPACT test this year to participate. Students in grades 8, 10, and 12 must have had an ImPACT test either last year or this year to compete. If not, that student must take the ImPACT test prior to the first tryout date. All students that did not compete last year must have an ImPACT test this year.
