…A little bit about our coaches…
Head Coach David Cracraft heads the coaching staff at Carson for a third season this spring. Welcome back!
Coach Cracraft previously coached 5 years in the Laurel High School area, both with Laurel High School and the with Laurel American Legion Team.
Coach Cracraft also played high school ball as a catcher.
What is your current occupation in addition to coaching? Athletic Event Worker for North Allegheny and I am a TSS for Vocational & Psychological Services.
Married? Pets? No, not yet, but soon! One dog, Elliott
Favorite Music on your ipod? I just listen to whatever is on the radio. A good choice would be rock and country.
Where can you be found on your day off? Usually hanging out with my girlfriend, relaxing and watching sports on tv. This June 28th. I will be getting married!
Favorite Food? Chicken, pasta and a good steak. Favorite vacation spot? Myrtle Beach

Assistant Coach
I would like to take a minute to introduce myself as the Assistant Baseball Coach of Carson Middle School. I am in my second year coaching baseball, but this is my first year as a member of the baseball staff at North Allegheny. Last year I was the outfield and JV coach at Vincentian Academy. However, I am very familiar with the district. For the past 4 years, I have been a member of the North Allegheny Football staff, with experience at both the varsity and junior high level. Currently, I am the head football coach at Ingomar Middle School. My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Education at Slippery Rock University and a B.A in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. I reside in Wexford with my wife Melissa and work as a substitute teacher for schools districts in the local area. I am very happy and excited to be a part of the staff here, considering I played for this district. North Allegheny offers a great opportunity for young athletes to learn the game of baseball and improve their ability.
